Macro to reconcile monthly vouchers

Hi everyone,

I have been using Excel for quite some time but I have no experience in building macros.

My problem is that I need a macro that would go through the vouchers column, add all the amounts for the similar vouchers and if the total is zero then those rows would be moved into a different worksheet.

Any ideas?

I searched through the forums and have found some very interesting threads. Unfortunately I have no experience in writing codes so I am having a very hard time trying to understand the solutions.

I am having problems attaching a sample spreadsheet because I cannot make it small enough.

I am looking for a workaround right now.

I have uploaded a sample spreadsheet.

The important columns are G, J, O, P and S.

Column G - is a breakdown of amounts for each voucher and account.
Column J - is the account type
Column O - is the voucher number
Column P - is the date
Column S - is the sub-account

What I need to with this sheet is to separate the vouchers that reconcile from the vouchers that are still open.

If you look at the next worksheet you will notice that each vouchers total to zero.

Thanks again Brandtrock. That's pretty neat.

Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to separate the vouchers that add up to zero and the vouchers that do not add up to zero.
