check box and change date

Hello,

i have a worksheet sheet listing several departments and a date that a quarterly report is due for each of the depts. i.e.

Nursing 7/30/05 ____ Social Service 7/28/05 _____ Dietary 7/26/05 ____

Where I have the line I would like to have a check box. when the report is completed it would get checked and it would change the date to the next report due (90 days from the current date).

Is this possible?

Lisa,

It is possible, but why nbot set up a recurring task in Outlok instead.
That will achieve the same thing, and provide a much better reminder mechanism.

This is a tracking system for about 500 clients all who have reports due at different times. It was a struggle to teach everyone how to filter a range, I couldn't imagine changing programs on them!
