disable Print,SAve,Save As in File Menu and Toolbar

i had a problem in disabling my print,save, and save As in File Menu and Icons in toolbar in my Word File. how can i disable it. same problem with excel files. any codes pls? this should be in a specific file only.

i had an idea of what i need to have an answer. let say i had a word file with read only password, if i can supply a correct password, print,save, and save As in File Menu and Icons in toolbar in my Word File will be enabled else if correct password is not supply, the file will be read only and print,save, and save As in File Menu and Icons in toolbar in my Word File will be disabled. is this possible?

I wrote this in ExcelXP, but you should get an idea of what you need to do. Each control has a number assigned to it, and you would need to know that number to disable it.
