Is this a one time thing or will you be needing to do this on a re-curring basis.? If it is a one-time issue, I would suggest opening up Access and using the Import Wizard there to bring in your Spreadsheet or .csv file. If it is something that you will need to do a re-curring basis, yes it can be done through VBA, I also recall a wizard in Excel that will allow you to convert the Spreadsheet to an Access DB, should be in the AddIns or perhaps from the Install Disk.
