Is there any formula to change in the combobox in a userform its format.... I want to display whole numbers and the list continues to show Exp
Ex: instead of "1562489634820000" it shows "156248963482E15"

why it doesnt work in userforms.... keeps sending me "56248963482E15", instead of the number that is there

Re: Changing a combobox format
Hi norie... thanks a lot for your help...
Norie, sorry to bother you again but... I am also trying to learn to read vb and I would like to understand what you did:
Rem this one is to initiate info in comboboxes
Private Sub UserForm_Initialize()
Rem this is to dim I as long as it is equal to "the end"
Dim I As Long
For I = 1 To Range("A65536").End(xlUp).Row
Rem what you mean here ""Range("A" & I).Text"".... I know you are adding to the combobox "A"... but I dont get it
ComboBox1.AddItem Range("A" & I).Text
Next I
Rem finishes
End Sub
I supose there is where you change it to full numbers... but I want to read it to learn =P Can you teach me?
Thanks again
Re: Changing a combobox format
Well the Text property of a cell will return the value as it is formatted on the worksheet, not the underlying value.
Re: Changing a combobox format
