I was wondering is there a way to have a forumla leave a blank result if one of the cells in the formula were blank?? Thanks for any help your can give.
Formula Evaluate to Blank if Referenced Cell Blank

Re: Hiding formulas
You could use an if formula and make [if answer is zero or less than value egauals "".]
Or select tools>options>and uncheck zero values. But that does the whole page.
Re: Hiding formulas
I did not realize you can use if statements in excel could you possibly show me the syntax.

Re: Hiding formulas
Put a value in cell a1 like 5
Put this =IF(A1>10,A1,"") in b1
Its broke apart by the commas first is your equation A1 value is greater than 10 then Your answer if True A1 Value Then False ""
Hope that explains it
Re: Hiding formulas
Also notice on your formula bar the "="
Click on that and you can select the formula you want to use.
Read through the descriptions and play around with the formulas it will open a whole new world.
