The answer to your question probably is "Yes" but I'm not sure I understand exactly what you want to do. Do you really mean calculate:
Time In
Time Out
Less time out for lunch

Do you mean you will use these inputs to calculate total time worked in a day?

I have just checked my previous example and it calculates the total in decimal hours (multiply by 24)
