[Solved] VBA: length of a string

How do I check the length of a string in VBA? I can't find anything in the object browser. Something like get length..?

Hi,

You need to use the Len function, something like this:

Dim strTest As String


strTest = "kattbjorn"
MsgBox "The text " & strTest & " is " & Len(strTest) & " characters long"


End Sub
