In one of our department PC Auditing Tool bar Precendent is not working other options of Audting Tools are woking Like comment etc.
If we use comment first .. it wil show us arrow pointing to other sheet but... if we click on precedent tool to see arrow it is not showing anything
I have remove the office and installed everything again nut it still not working.

I need to ask one basic question: Are you sure that the cells you are talking about have precedents (are they formulas referring to other cells? If they do not have precedents, then the precedence button will not give any response.
Yes it has farmulas pointing to another other Cells, actually this was suddenly stop working .... i have existsing files which are properly working on other PC but not on this PC.....And i have tested it by creating my own file with formulas refering to another workbook or sheet....
Please help me out user desprately want this functionality working

If you are using Excel 2000+ then go to Help>Detect and repair.
If still no good, close out of Excel. go to Start>Run and type in excel /regserver Note the space after 'excel'
but the user has Excel 97 and no option available in Office97
Ok, close out of Excel. go to Start>Run and type in excel /regedit Note the space after 'excel'
not working .... its just opens the new window for Excel...
