Need to create option buttons in Excel

I need some help in creating a spreadsheet with option buttons. For this project, I don't need macros or any values attached to the buttons, just when printed, clients can see those options checked/marked. I'm vaguely computer literate, and some direction would be much appreciated.

Display the Forms Toolbar fro the View Menu and insert your Option button

Right click on your button and display the Format Control Form from the dropdown menu

Make sure that "Print Object " is selected in the Properties Tab
