VBA: I'm trying to transpose evey four lines

    I'm trying to transpose this table but only four lines at a time.


    any ideas how to get a routine to do this for me as i've got loads to do.

    I would continue with your Pivot Table idea. See what I did on sheet 4. You could extend the Pivot data source to all of your data and then in your page fields pick City or Sex or whatever characteristics you might want. Notice that I hid the items in the table columns that you didn't want (the age groups). Give this a try as it will give you much more versatilitity. and no macros needed.
