If you have Excel 2000 or earlier you can use DDE links (Dynamic Data Exchange). If you have Excel 2002 you can use RTD links (Real Time Data). RTD is better than DDE. DDE may lose some data if Excel is busy (macro, user interaction, keystrokes..). RTD will store incoming data until Excel is available.
Does this help or you're looking for more detailed implementation info?

How do I go about using RTD links? Any detailed implementation info would be most welcome.
Already, thank you for such a quick response.

Additionally,
I have a MktLink Feature on my Excel already, to paste real time data onto the Excel page automatically. However, I cannot divert this information into a streaming Time and Sales format.

Is there a way to set a VBA macro to copy/paste/values each time a new value is recieved from the Mkt Link?

I'm not using Excel 2002 (so no RTD for me ) but with DDE links there is a SetLinkOnData command that activates your specified macro when the data refreshes.
This example sets the name of the procedure that runs whenever the DDE link is updated. There should be something similar for RTD links.
Unless someone else can help, best bet is to check your Excel Help or the Microsoft website.ActiveWorkbook.SetLinkOnData _
"WinWord|'C:\MSGFILE.DOC'!DDE_LINK1", _
"my_Link_Update_Macro" -

I'll try it out thank you for your time.

I found the SetLinkOnData function and have been playing with it all day. I still however cannot understand how to write it in the proper syntax. The help file Example did me no good. Can you give me a further explanation on what you copy/pasted from the help file?
Thanx
