Sorry for the duplicate post, but I am unsure how to bump my past posts to the front of the forum list. It seems as if noone has any ideas on my question, but if anyone sees this and can just tell me whether or not it is possible I would be grateful.
~Is there a way to apply a formula to an entire column without dragging the formula a certain number of cells. For example, I could drag a formula down 100 cells, but over time the data could be entered past that. An example is that I want column B to =if(A1="","",A1*10). This way no matter how long the program is used and data is entered the data will not go past more rows then the formula has been entered. My only other option is to drag the formula down thousands of rows, and this leads to slow calculation times and a LARGE excel file. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
