Yes, this is very sad and is all over all news stations in Oz. The man did more for promotion of Oz and its wildlife than any other group.

Nar do not say that word no more was StevOs in my books. My Oz mate I used to work with before I move departments blasted me few messages re this as we used to joke about him at the Oz Grand Prix as a picture few years back has a crane picking up a car and the crane was driven by StevO, was just good fun and nice my mate remembers Our chats over the years about Oz and StevO. Yep my family (Boys) used to love watching his programme, used to frighten them a bit too

I agree this was truly sad. Growing up around the same time as Steve many of us dreaned about being the next tarzan. Steve came as close to realizing that dream as anyone could. He was truly a class act and will be missed.
