Automatically update cells

    In a worksheet, I would like a group of cells to always reflect the most current data in an Excel database/list.


    The data will be added to periodically, and the additional data becomes the current data.


    See my attached spreadsheet example.

    Try using OFFSET and COUNT as in the attachement. I filled in your first three rows with numbers. If sometimes some of the interior rows will be blank, then the formulas will need adjustment. Perhaps this will get you started.
