Date & Time Stamp Cells When New Data Is Added

Hi

I am trying to create a spreadsheet to keep my customers data and whenever I call them, I would like to update it in Excel with the comments and remarks of what I spoke to them about.

However, is there a easy way to Time and Date stamp each cell on the last update Date and Time? Perhaps in the Comments ?
