Custom View Disappears From Menu Bar

Hi All -

I added Custom View to right of Help on the Menu Bar.
Works great
Until I close Excel and later re-open Excel
The custom toolbar is no longer available
I have to drag it to the menu bar each time

Is there a way to make Custom View available in this position every time I open Excel?

Didn't do anything but a few more re-boots
Seems to be sticking now.
