Compare Two Paragraph

I need your help

I have two paragraph in a document . i need to compare word by word and find out the exact mismatch

example :

Para 1 :

Mismatch in 2nd line - word questionss.

Thanks , but i have a doubt , what you said is compare two cells by using =EXACT(A1,B1) , but i want to which are the mismatch also . how can i proceed with this ..
