Change Default Spreadsheet Colors

Is there a simple way to change the default cell background color for all Excel spreadsheets (without using macros or VBA) just by changing some settings, but without changing the overall look of the desktop. White is just annoying.

Change the colors (and anything else) as you wish, and save the workbook as Book.xls in your XLSTART directory.

You might consider the color scheem that Charley Kyd (Excel User).

I modified his colors for our company. And now it is being implemented in the Marketing Dept (for Fortune 50 company).
