Pivot Table Manual Manipulation

    My pivot table is not auto summing each column properly, and I can't manually enter a formula to do so. I tried adjusting the settings of the rows and columns through the pivot table wizard, but no luck. Is there a way around this limitation?

    Can you post sample worksheet with your pivot table?

    The file is too large to post. Basically the rows that sum each column do not have the correct amount. I cant manually sum them, bacause it wont let me change that part of the pivot table. Is there a way around this?

    Try setting up a new Pivot Table and see if the error is duplicated. Sometimes they just get corrupted.

    I tried that, too. I've tried setting up multiple tables with multiple settings, and the totals are always incorrect.

    In that case, I'd copy the data to a new file and start over. There must be corruption in the workbook somewhere because I'm pretty sure Excel knows how to do addition.
