Hover over the word sheet and select "Create Sheet Index". Is that what you're after?

Try this method which will add a new Menu Item to your right click pop-up menu.

Add this code to any standard module

Sub IndexCode()
    Application.CommandBars("Workbook Tabs").ShowPopup ActiveCell.Left, ActiveCell.Top
End Sub

Now add this code to the Private Module of the Workbook Object (ThisWorkbook)

Private Sub Workbook_SheetBeforeRightClick _
    (ByVal Sh As Object, ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
Dim cCont As CommandBarButton
    On Error Resume Next
    Application.CommandBars("Cell").Controls("Sheet Index").Delete
    On Error GoTo 0
    
        Set cCont = Application.CommandBars("Cell").Controls.Add _
            (Type:=msoControlButton, Temporary:=True)
            
        With cCont
            .Caption = "Sheet Index"
            .OnAction = "IndexCode"
        End With
End Sub
