I have two worksheets. one has a list of formulas which i manually enter or change as time goes on. the other spread sheet has the same list of formulas, but I just chose which of those formulas I want to use frmo the drop down list provided to me by using the data validation of the other page. Each row that I enter by selecting the correct drop down options, i would chose a product name alogn with it. so its either Service or Fix. The question i ahve is, is it possible to adjust the manually entered formula and only have the formula rows where the service words are in another column but same row updated?

Re: Update Cell From Another Sheet If Condition Met
Thanks for the answers, however the codes are not in the same order on the front and back worksheets. I am sure its a VLOOKUP plus a IF command but cant seem to see how it works. Any advice?

Re: Update Cell From Another Sheet If Condition Met
Danny99,
I think the reason you're not getting an answer is that the question is not clear. Try explaining your question more clearly and someone will answer it. It's not a difficult question given the talent on this site.

Re: Update Cell From Another Sheet If Condition Met
Ok Here is another file that should explain the challenge clearly. I am sure there is a tallented individual who will take 30 seconds on this one.

Re: Update Cell From Another Sheet If Condition Met
Danny99,
QuoteBlue text is manual input. Aim is to just be able to change the manual input of the x,y,z values and then the same xyz values with the same CODE and only if has a non-fixed product next to it will update.
Seriously, you can't be thinking that this sentence makes sense, are you? I even went back to your original post thinking I missed something. The original post bears no resemblance to this latest post.
Can't you just tell us what you want without using long run-on sentences that are confusing. I really want to help but I can't!!!!

Re: Update Cell From Another Sheet If Condition Met
by changing the manual input of the data in the X,Y and Z columns, the same x,y and z data on the other worksheet will update. But the update will occur only if they have the same CODE column data showing non-fixed to the right side of it.
