Jacks Subject lines in U2U's!!!

U2Us from Jack in the UK [subject line]

Hi guys most of you I hope know me and I hope have chatted at least with me once, I do try to contact as many as I can, takes time, which leads me on nice to my point here.

Quite simple I do not do subject lines, I just don’t and if you have received any you will have noticed, funny now I get returned U2U with no subject only RE: I say that’s kinda cool. Just I’m often asked why. I just don’t that’s all, or I like to have non-sence subjects like, Happy Birthday or Some such, just for fun and its not your birthday, just playing I guess.

So I was asked and keeping with my no secrets policy everyone knows. Can’t believe so many notice this. Should I put efforts into correct meaningful subject’s lines or carry on regardless? That’s my question.

Hope you're not starting a trend though....or we'll soon be seeing forum threads with no subject lines.

No subject lines are fine here, the one that gets me is the entire post in the subject line. :banghead:

I actually don't mind the no subject U2U's from Jack or any other member. Just glad to get them at all.

For post in the forums I prefer and recommend relevant subject lines in order to make the search in the archieve possible.

But in private message???
No way - Keep up Your own style and if case any one have problem with it please address them to me :cool:

Seems we all agree Jack has been lot off for no subject line in U2U’s which I must say thanks to you all my friends whom post, seems I have a reputation for this.

However my great friend Dennis one I have chatted this over for over a year now has made a very important point. The forum posts my be as professional as they are now with good quality subjects lines, or the feed will be compromised and maybe not read. I will ask all OzGrid members to this request.

Sure U2U are private and mostly to friends and so we all agree this is not so much of an issue, Forum posts are very different and should maintain the high quality shown as present.

I do edit subject lines and will continue to do so.
