I wrote the autolink word (vb) above the thread link. Dave explained it in a thread somewhere.

Where a URL contains keywords that autolink. To over come this simply type the keyword before the URL and it will autolink and prevent the same keyword in the URL autolinking.

Got it now. It wasn't obvious to me that what screwed up the link was the vb word was causing an autolink, so your sentence was GIBBERISH, pure wrangle-bunny ...Motivational to preview posts, huh?

Yeah, sorry guys, unfortunately previewing doesn't show the problem. It seems like it's near impossible to prevent also as any fix requires a massive amount of processing and will likely cause more issues than it solves.
