... from this file is possible to merge in a word document the relative filtred record from column A?

example:
filtre all for 4500 end merge in a word doc, filtre all for 4501 end merge in a word doc, filtre all for 4502 end merge in a word doc...etc...

Short answer is yes (although i'm talking about Office 2002 mail merging here)...

Once you have specified your source as being your excel file, you can filter records during the mail merge wizard process. You may find it easier to accomplish if the first row of your table is the header field though.... currently row one contains other information from what i can see.
