Formulas: Excel help please ... file attached.

The attached answers the middle problem (if I understood it correctly). I don't understand what you want the scroll bar to do. The one you have is used to vary some number. Are you trying to create a text box with ascroll bar? I also don't understand the third problem. There were no formulas in column C or D. Could you populate that table with some data and then indicate what you want calculated and what the result should be?
