Page Break View

I am setting up some templates, using the "Page Break View" mode. How do you get rid of the "Page 1" script that appears in the middle of the page.

I have long learnt not to say "you can't" (and thats not my australian accent), but that is kinda one of the main points of page break view.

If it could be done, it may end up being a solution way in excess of the problem.
