Open a blank Excel file. Create a module in the VBE. Paste all your macros there. Save the Excel file as an addin your default addins folder. Close Excel. Re-open Excel. Go to Tools - Addins. Checkmark your new addin. Save the file as "Book.xlt" in the XLSTART folder. Now, whenever you start Excel, the macros should be available.

Why double up? Just record a macro to Personal and Excel will create a hidden workbook that opens with Excel where you can store all macros.
