VBA: Copying between excel and word

  • Afternoon Everyone,

    Not necesarily a VB question but . . . I've found over the years is that when you copy a range of cells containing numbers in Excel, and paste them into a Word table, for some reason Word sticks a load of spaces in front of the numbers. I have to Ctrl-H and replace spaces with nothing on those cells containing just numbers.

    Is this a setting on either Word or Excel I can change or just a peculiarity with Word/Excel (or my installation thereof)??
