Return Heading For Maximum Value Of Each Row & Color Max Row Value

I have inventory in 9 cities. Cities names are in B2-J2

Line items are rows 3-100

In column K, I have the max formula for that row

What I need is, in column L, the name of the location city from row 2
where the max qty is located also color the max qty in the row.

Try this formula in column L

=INDIRECT(CHAR(MATCH(K2,B2:J2,0)+65)&1)

L3 copied down for the Heading of the max value in each row
=INDEX($B$2:$J3,1,MATCH($K3,$B3:$J3,0))

Select B3:J300 and use the formula below in Conditional Formatting
=B3=MAX($B3:$J3)
