I wish to print the entire screen including the menus at the top and the tabs and bar at the bottom. Is this possible. If it is, please enlighten me.
Printing the Screen

The easiest way is going to be to hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, open your favourite picture editor and paste the contents of the clipboard there. MS Paint works fine, but I actually prefer copying straight into Word for screenshots.

Hi,
In addition to Denis solution You may also consider to use Ms Photo Editor that is shipped with MS Office 2000 and above.

Maybe I’m reading this poorly but.
From the screen you want to copy press : Print Screen
Now open you sheet in Excel and press CRTL+V together [This just pastes the screen shot WISIWG into Excel]
WISIWIG = What you see is what you get
You should fin the picture toolbar pops up, you can edit a bit here.
Resize image
Crop image
Brightness
FormatAnd so on, this I use a lot in Excel and even WORD, I know I’m going to get shot for pass and admitting I now use word, but its simple and fast if you just what a shot of WISIWIG, its not very exciting, and the editorial ability’s are limited. Should get you up and running thou:
Kindest possible regards

Thanks. It really works well.:bouncy:

Another poorly documented tip is pressing "Alt" "Print Screen", this just copies the active window. Ctrl "V" pastes as per previous post.
