You could search for the first false and then deduct one eg:

=MATCH(FALSE,$B$2:$B$100,0)-1

But why don't you base the range off of the contents in column A? That only appears to have empty cells past the last row with a date in the B column, so would seem an ideal choice.

I have another suggestion.
you can hide the false value, by putting it in if loop so you can only count the available values and restrain the range.
