Hope someone can help with this.
On the attached spreadsheet, in tab (Pick Tracker) there is a button called add store.
If you click this and select the Aberdeen store and click add it will take you to a new userform.
What I want to do is the following:
I want to add various pickers to pick the cases for this store. To do this you select a picker id from the drop down box and enter the number of cases. Then I want a macro to be added to the "add to tracker" button which moves this information to the next available line of boxes underneath.
This will update the branch pick remaining total at the bottom. When another picker is added I want it to move to the next line of boxes, and so on.
The pick totals cannon come to more than the remaining pick (i.e I don't want the remaining pick total to go into minus figures).
Once these have been added on the userform, I need a macro to add the picks to the spreadsheet, but I will be happy if someone could just work out the first part of this problem for me.
