I want to make a crossword in Excel, I am using a marco to clear the entered leters but this also clears the number of the line.
Is there a way to leave the numbers and clear the letters for the next person to use.:bouncing:

Sounds like you will need VBA to clear contents of your chosen cells to clear, a cant direct more as I can not see what you have been working o at present but add the code to a forms button will be a good start,

I might suggest a simple recorded macro to do this and re run will clean all.
