I need suggestions on how to prevent duplicates

I have a database created in a worksheet to manually input invoice numbers. I need a way to be able to highlight or warn if the details from each invoice have been duplcated. I need the worksheet to do this only if every entry through the row is a duplicate with every entry in a row below it. Can anyone help me?

You can use Data Validation to prevent duplicates in the Inv Number column.
