Join 2 Cells With Date & Time Into One

Hi i have 2 cells, one cell tells me the date and the other cell tells me the time.
IS there a way for VBA to add the two cells so it tells me the date AND time?

I tried recording a macro but it did not know how to add them, it just kind of pasted a static value. but the value i get are dynamic
