Copy Rows X Times Where Cell In Column Is Between a Numeric Range

Hello,

I've looked through the forums and haven't found quite what I'm looking for.

I have a sheet where cell G3 can contain a number between 1 and 10 or be blank. What I'd like to do is to copy rows 4 through to 8 (4 is a blank row) and paste before the last row (currently 9). i'd like to do this as many time as the value of the number in G3.

Thus, if G3 is blank or 1, then no changes. If G3 is 2, then rows 4 through 8 are copied and pasted before row 9. If G3 is 3 then those rows are pasted again.
