Compare Columns & Delete Matching Records

Hi guys!
I am very new with excel and need help.
Lets say I have three columns, name, surname and phone number. Now I have another column with phone numbers. I need to compare all the phone numbers from the two phone number columns, and if some are the same I need to delete the name, surname and phone number from the first three columns.
How do I do this?

assume the phone numbers are in Column C and the numbers for comparison are in Column D, selecting D2,try the following

or you could use a For Each loop
