Show/Display Image/Picture Based On Cell Value

Been searching this forum for 2 days now trying to figure out how this camera function works. I'm missing something because all these examples I've tried don't seem to work with my application.

I have inserted all the pics onto the excel sheet using the "print screen" method. I have resized these images into adjusted width & height cells (one per cell). Basically I have this: picture of a flower, frog & butterfly & I want to say this: =IF(A1=1,flowerpic,IF(A1=2,frogpic,IF(A1=3,butterflypic,"0"))) Any other links for "layman" step-by-step? Thanks!

thanks guys but i finally figured it out. in my own layman terms, this camera function can sort of be used as a vlookup for images. i linked the images to a reference number that rec'd the selected picture# from a combo box on a different worksheet. cool function!
