inserting blank rows

i have a sheet with columns of part numbers that has been sorted so the like part numbers are together and need to insert a blank row between the like part numbers and the next part number (a1 thru a5 has P/N 12345 A6 thru a8 has 12346. I want to insert a blank row at A6 and move the following rows down.)

Make Subtotal and remove groups.
