Is there a way to have a Word document print in a booklet form?
Example; have it print landscaped two columns to a page which can then be folded in half to form a booklet.
And if so, do I have to manipulate display so that I can get page numbers at the bottom of each page and when folding after print it is in the right order (using duplex printing)?
Finally, can I save the document so that print selection is maintained when sharing the document?
Thanks for any help.
Terry

There are 2 excellent utilities that do this in word and sort out all of the number and page issues

Thank you Graham and Bruno. The product successfully printed. My remaining probelm is that the properties don't save. Is there a way to safe the print properties when sharing with other users?
Thanks again for the quick and helpful responses.

Reading this post I feel by far the simplest option is to:
- Look at the printer
o Can I produce duplex printing
o Can it produce booklets
o Can this be stapled- Loot at the drives and Printer software
o Can I produce duplex printing
o Can it produce booklets
o Can this be stapledThis will be the key issues, in XP check advance printing from you print dialog print box, IE when you send to print, the box here I refer to.
Kindest possible regards

BTW Re: Save Properties?
This is default by the IT departments and might after custom print reverts back to MAIN printer and its settings if you have wondered the network.
You will need VBA to over come this and correctional assignments of such bespoke printer locations and printing optionsHope that has helped a little, post back PLEASE on this feed not a new feed, if you require more
