Control Arrays in Excel VBA

Hi I was wondering if someone could let me if VBA in excel is able to deal with Control Arrays? If not is there another alternative?

I think you will find it is not directly possible. However, Andy Pope has posted a workaround here:

He mentions a Workbook example. If you would like this let me know, via email and I will email Andy asking to pass it onto you.
