Bubble charts with custom shades for bubbles

Hi, I'm trying to get a bubble chart that show four categories.

one axis Time
one axis Difficulty
Size of bubble is cost
Colour of bubble (in varying shades of green...) show how 'Green status'

I've seen charts that can do three, not four. Size is doable with auto colour and colour is possible but not size.
Anyone help?

One thing I can't get to work is if I change the names the chart does not update. Are they Manual labels?

I changed one of your labels and it did not update.

I'm closer now that I understand i'm supposed to click on the large grey button! duh.
