Create a custom Graph from the sample data

Hi,

I would like to know how to create a custom graph, shown on the attached PDF document. It does not nessecary have to be exactly the same... but this is what I would like to acheive:

Position In Range (PIR) on the vertical axis and pay grade on the horizontal axis. Each employee will have a marker showing their PIR.
I want graphs for:
Each pay grade by function across each country
And each pay grade by country

How can I do this??

Any guideance would be much appreciated :smile:
