Hi,
I'm trying to match specific information in Workbook1 with Workbook2, and display the contents of the row in which the match was found on a different worksheet in Workbook1. I attached sample workbooks like the ones I will be using. I'm not sure if it's relevant, but both Workbooks are on a network server in the same folder.
In my way of thinking, I need to do the following - but do not know enough about Excel to do it!
For each row of Workbook1, Worksheet <month>, column A: Check all rows of Workbook2, Worksheet <month> column B for a match.
If a match is found, insert the contents of Workbook2, Worksheet <month>, row <match> into Workbook1, Worksheet "Both", starting with column A row 1. The next match found would be displayed on row 2 and so on, until all the matches for that month are found.

Welcome to Ozgrid.
I tried to work for a solution, but the account structure of the account numbers is different between the two workbooks.
Although I wrote a macro I cannot test it further, since different account structure obviously no match, unless you upload another example with the same account structure.
