Combining two data sources in one stacked bar graph?

I'm having the hardest time trying to figure this out. I have 4 columns of data and I'm trying to make a chart that has a vertical line half way through the x-axis. Then I want two series on the left of it, and the corresponding two series on the right of it. I drew up a note card of how I'm trying to get it to work/display.

As of now, I haven't been able to figure this out.

Here's what I'm trying to do:

Here's my data set:

But how'd you get it so clean? Anyway you can post up the .xls? I can't figure out how to get the chart formatting to correspond?
