Count of concurrent calls from multiple start/end times split over intervals

Hi all,

I am trying to take some data, which has multiple start and end times listed and create a concurrent count over 30 minute intervals. So if an event ran from 06:00 - 08:00 it would appear as a count in 06:00, 06:30, 07:00, 07:30 intervals.

I have attached a sample which shows some of the data I have (in sheet 1) and how I'm trying to get the counts (in sheet 2).
