    Assuming that number 2 of your list is overriding i.e. if porcessing is in N then processing should be displayed no matter what is in T then the following should work in U2:



    =IF(ISERROR(FIND("Processing",N2)),IF(ISERROR(FIND("MD",T2)),0,IF(ISERROR(FIND("MD",T2,FIND("MD",T2)+1)),1,2)),"Processing")
