Okay,In this case you do not need to use Excel. LOL
1:Save the code below as ftpcmd.txt (Pls use note pad)

open ftp.members.interq.or.jp (Your FTP server)
me200942(FTP ID)
buu59kCY(FTP PASSWORD)
ascii(or binary)
put test.xls(The file name you would like put on the server)
bye

2:Save the code below as autoftp.bat (Pls use note pad)

ftp -s:ftpcmd.txt

3.Double click or kick by Shell command autoftp.bat.
