I have a customer statement which I have set up. The payments received will reduce the oldest balance outstanding first

I would like a formula to compute outstanding amount owing by the ageing showing current (current months items) 30 days, 60 days, 90 days + as well as last payment made

I did not realize what was causing the problem

I have attached a sample workbook, where there is a blue border on sheet1 See Col G and a grey background from Col H onwards

- In the baseline row 18, arethe number or incidents per quarter? Since for monthly average, he just takesthe number of incidents and divides by 4.
- In the baseline, you do not relate the number of incidentsto the number of servers (e.g. average incidents per server, or something likethat), yet in the main section, your reduction % is showing the percentage ofservers without incidents as far as I can see (except shown as a negative %).Surely the baseline needs to be comparable to the main section otherwise it'snot very useful?
Again, I might just not be understanding the aim properly


I guess the main issue for me is what the reduction % shouldbe showing?
Because intuitively I would think that this would show the reduction in thenumber of incidents per server compared to the previous month, or the baseline.
Based on what it currentlycalculates, I would guess maybe it's trying to show the reduction in serverutility caused by incidents?

I have tried to adapt the code provided by Ron De Bruin, so that it only zips .xls workbooks containing text (P) in the name for eg PE_Accnts (P).xls

I get bad file name or number and the following code is highlighted

Open sPath For Output As #1

I have attached my workbook containing the code

Kindly test and make any changes you deem necessary

Not sure if this is what you are looking for. See attached file

I would like to zip all .xls workbooks in folder C:\test1 and in the sub-folders of test1 starting containing (P) in the text for eg BR1_Accnts (P).xls, PE_Accnts (P).xls etc

I have code to do this which I have tried to adapt, but get a compile error: syntax error

I do not want to have to select the files to zip as I have several subfolders within C:\test1. All the workbooks in this folder and sub-folder containing (P) in the text for eg BR1_Accnts (P).xls, PE_Accnts (P).xls etc are to be zipped

I have both WinRAR and 7-zip installed on my Laptop

It would be appreciated if someone could kindly help me to resolve this

The .zip files attach in the folder C:\downloads but not the zip files in the sub-directory of C:\downloads for eg C:\downloads\BR1TB C:\Downloads\CPETB etc

It would be appreciated if you would kindly amend the code to attached .zip files in the sub-folders as well

Sorry for the confusion

I have two subscription categories

Category A MEMBER - currently being charged $ 3950 per Annum
Category B MEMBER currently being charged $ 3150 per annum

I would like to know that if I charged the Category A member 5% per annum for the next 6 years, what Interest rate would I need to charge the category B member for the next 6 years, so that the subscriptions are exactly the same after 6 years

It would be appreciated if you could kindly assist me in resolving this
